Constructed from cream-colored cotton herringbone twill, this utility work jacket features a five-button front closure, a pointed collar, two open waist pockets, and smooth pebble-textured metal buttons. An applied red cross armband adorns the upper left sleeve. Interior seam tags display a blue "SANFOR" sanforized fabric label and a size "94" tag. Condition shows overall structural integrity with scattered light surface dirt, minor storage discoloration, and light handling wear. The construction and labeling indicate mid-20th-century postwar production for civil defense, medical, or institutional use. The chest measures up to 44". BP
