This lot includes two hand tools. The first is a General No. SPC-76 drive pin punch set made by General Hardware Manufacturing Company of New York, with five long steel punches in sizes 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 inch held in a black vinyl pouch marked with the sizes. The second is a Vessel No. 2500 impact type driver, a manual hand impact tool that you strike with a hammer to loosen or tighten stubborn screws, shown in its blue plastic case. Both tools are used and in good condition with light wear and some dirt. The punch set is complete with all five punches and the Vessel driver turns as it should. General and Vessel are both well regarded tool brands. New punch sets like this retail around twenty dollars and the Vessel driver adds further value.
