This vintage Madame Alexander McGuffey Ana composition doll measures 14.5 inches and was crafted using the renowned Princess Elizabeth face mold, notable for its open mouth with visible tiny teeth. The doll features sleep eyes, and retains its original period-style plaid dress with white pinafore, along with original shoes and socks, which are glued on. Blonde hair is styled in braids with red ribbons. The composition body shows typical age-appropriate surface crazing and wear, particularly to the hands and legs. Some paint loss is visible, but joints are intact.
