Heubach Koppelsdorf #300 character baby doll, circa 1910, with bisque head, sleep eyes, open mouth with teeth, and original painted facial features. The doll has a composition body in a bent-limb toddler form and measures 12 inches in length. The body shows age-related wear and some surface marks, typical for period composition. The doll wears a white dress and undergarment, both included, and features a short, light brown wig with a ribbon. Marked on the back of the head: "Heubach-Koppelsdorf00-4/0 Germany." A representative example of early 20th-century German dollmaking. **Shipping Notice: Due to the delicate nature of the doll's sleep eye mechanism, any shipped doll will arrive with the wig and skull cap removed, and the eyes secured to help minimize the risk of damage during transit.
