This is an antique Effanbee baby doll measuring 12 inches in length. The doll features a composition head with painted features, sleep eyes that open and close, and composition hands. The body, arms, and legs are made of cloth. The doll is equipped with a crier box, though the crying mechanism is not operational. The doll has evident surface wear, discoloration, and staining on its fabric portions, along with some finish loss and scuffs on the head. Markings identifying "Effanbee" are present the back of the head.
