This is a 20-inch Heinrich Handwerck doll featuring a bisque socket head with an open mouth showing teeth and sleep eyes. The doll’s head is marked with the Handwerck signature, and it wears a paired outfit including a red print dress with a white pinafore, and black shoes. The mohair wig is in a newer style, with curly auburn hair. The jointed composition body has ball joints at the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, and knees. Additional original undergarments are included in the lot. The doll bears some wear and age-appropriate signs consistent with an antique composition body.
