This is an antique Armand Marseille Mold 3200 (Size 5/0) doll, produced in Germany between approximately 1890 and 1915. The doll measures 13 inches tall and is marked "3200 5/0 DEP" on the bisque head. She features fixed blue glass eyes, an open mouth with teeth, and a mohair-styled wig. The doll is dressed in a sewn-on, period-appropriate lace and fabric gown with a red waist sash and matching hat. Her hands are made of porcelain, while her body is cloth. One hand has a broken thumb, as shown in the images. The doll also wears original-style leather shoes and stockings. This piece is representative of early German doll artistry.
