This is an Armand Marseille 25-inch Queen Louise doll featuring a finely crafted porcelain head with an open mouth, displaying four upper teeth. The head is marked "Queen Louise Germany 7". The doll has a composition ball-jointed body and a leather torso. The human hair wig has been washed and restyled. The layered burgundy and cream dress, with lace accents and an apron, is believed by the current owner to be original to the doll. Newer stockings and shoes have been added. Condition notes: The composition body shows age wear, including crazing, cracks, visible repairs at the joints, damage at the hip sockets, splits at arm seams, surface scratches, and restoration evidence. Some fingers show minor paint loss and grime. Head and face paint are vibrant with operational sleep eyes; wig is in good order.
