This is a 4-inch porcelain Bye Lo Baby doll marked with the signature stamp of Grace S. Putnam on its front belly, confirming its heritage. The doll features a painted bisque head, delicately modeled facial features, and both arms and legs have been restrung. It comes dressed in a flowing white gown with lace trim; the clothing appears possibly original, and the lace collar is notably loose. The doll also bears the "Bye-Lo Baby" belly mark and incised details on its back, further authenticating it as a collectible example from a renowned early 20th-century doll design. Some minor wear is visible, consistent with age. **Shipping Notice: Due to the delicate nature of the doll's sleep eye mechanism, any shipped doll will arrive with the wig and skull cap removed, and the eyes secured to help minimize the risk of damage during transit. Please expect this if you require shipping. Because of the additional time and care required to prepare the doll for safe shipment, an additional handling fee may apply. These dolls are exceptionally fragile, and while we take the greatest care in packing and securing every item, shipping always carries an inherent risk. By requesting shipping, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of damage that may occur during transit.
