An assortment of 19th and 20th-century religious texts in English, Swedish, and Dutch, featuring Christofer Starke's 1874 New Testament synopsis (Volume 3) and an 1881 Dutch Old Testament. Additional works include an 1888 American Bible Society New Testament with an 1886 flyleaf inscription, an Arlington Edition of Brown's Concordance, and Gertrude D. McKelvey's 1944 Stories to Live By. The group is rounded out by various miniature New Testaments and early 20th-century devotional booklets in cloth, leather, and paper bindings.Tallest measures approximately 10 inches tall. Volumes show general shelf wear, rubbing to cloth and leather, and page toning consistent with age. The 1874 Starke volume exhibits significant leather loss at the spine and corners with exposed boards. Paper-covered booklets show edge wear and small tears, while several bindings are shaken with minor fraying at the extremities.
