Antique European Capodimonte style porcelain box. With relief molded and hand painted cherubs with musical instruments, pink roses, and a goat. With gold gilding around each scene. Gilt brass mounts. Marked on the bottom with an underglaze pseudo / spurious crown N mark. Probably late 19th or early 20th century German or French. Has wear to the gilding, and wear and tarnish to the gilt brass mounts, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 5 inches x 4 1/4 inches x 3 7/8 inches tall.
