A colorful and deeply cast polychrome cast iron single bookend by Littco with a design of a galleon in wind and waves. The colors are still vibrant in golds, red, green and yellow. The base has old red felt that is worn. There is a molded production number of 177 on the back. MEASUREMENTS 5 in (12.7 cm) wide x 2 in (5.1 cm) deep x 5 ½ in (14.0 cm) tall. Weighs 2 lb 13.6 oz. CONDITION There are no breaks, dents, cracks, or repairs. The coloring of the sales is still visible. The gold on the waves has more wear but is still visible in places. The back shows moderate gold patina loss. The felt on the base is worn. A colorful, heavy bookend to add to a collection or use on a shelf with your books.
