Offered is Department 56 Christmas in the City Series "East Harbor Ferry (Set of 3)" Product No. 56.59213 Hand-Numbered Limited Edition of 10,000. The set is noted on the box as contents: 1 - Porcelain boat with light cord, 2 - Porcelain accessories, with personalized sign feature, with Crazy Ground Cover, Fieldstone Wall and Village Cobblestone Road not included. The boat depicts "EAST HARBOR FERRY" white steamer with black trim, brown smokestack, yellow-lit windows and wheelhouse, lifeboats on davits with white posts, American flag and pennant bunting on stern, and brown stairs to wheelhouse. The ticket station accessory depicts a brick ticket house with gray slate roof with gold finial details, signage "FERRY Ticket Station" and "TICKETING", gated entrance with brick pillars topped with globe lights, teal iron gates and fencing with gold scrollwork, cobblestone base, and two small bottle brush evergreen trees. Box notes sign can be personalized - East Harbor Ferry. Boat measures approximately 9" long x 3" tall x 2-1/2" wide and ticket station approximately 7" wide x 4" tall per rulers and scale shown. Comes in original box with Styrofoam insert and light cord. The porcelain shows surface dust, lint and light soiling consistent with handling and storage, most noticeable on the boat deck, wheelhouse roof, smokestacks, rigging and flag, with minor paint scuffs; no large chips or cracks noted in photos. The original box shows edge wear, a crease / dent to top edge and corner, light scuffs and tape residue at bottom label consistent with age and storage. Light cord present; lighting not tested.
