Offered is Department 56 The Heritage Village Collection Dickens' Village Series "The Flat of Ebenezer Scrooge" #55875 Handpainted Porcelain. The building depicts a three-story townhouse with green brick, brown stone foundation and brick chimney with gray caps, mansard roof with four green dormers and snow accents, brown shuttered windows with yellow glow, bay window on side with snow on cap, green double doors with silver chain and knocker, small address plaque "13" and leaning sign "Ebenezer Scrooge" on stone wall, with snow and small green shrubs at base and stacked firewood with awning on one side. Marked on bottom "DICKENS' VILLAGE SERIES 'THE FLAT OF EBENEZER SCROOGE' © Department 56 1989" with "INSPECTED MADE IN CHINA EXCLUSIVELY FOR Department 56 Inc" sticker. Measures approximately 7" tall x 4-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" deep per rulers shown. Comes in original box with Styrofoam insert. The porcelain shows light surface dust and minor paint scuffs consistent with handling and storage; no large chips or cracks noted in photos. Styrofoam shows a small broken corner piece. The original box shows edge wear, light scuffs and surface wear consistent with age and storage. Light cord or other accessories not pictured and not included unless shown. Lighting not tested.
