Collection of three Anne Rice paperback novels published by Ballantine Books, featuring titles from her gothic, supernatural, and horror fiction. Softcover paperbacks with printed cardstock covers and paper pages. The collection includes two novels from Rice's Lives of the Mayfair Witches series along with Violin, a standalone supernatural novel. 1. Lasher, Lives of the Mayfair Witches series. Large trade paperback; copyright 1993, First Ballantine Books Edition September 1994. 2. Taltos, Lives of the Mayfair Witches series. Mass-market paperback; copyright 1994, Ballantine domestic mass-market edition May 1996. 3. Violin, Supernatural/gothic novel by Anne Rice. Mass-market paperback; copyright 1997, Ballantine domestic edition September 1999. Fair to acceptable pre-owned condition with substantial reading and storage wear. Covers show creasing, scuffing, scratches, edge and corner wear. Taltos has particularly heavy cover and spine wear with creasing, rubbing, peeling and small tears. Spines show wear and creasing consistent with repeated reading. Page blocks are noticeably yellowed/tanned from age, with scattered spotting, staining and discoloration visible on some pages and page edges. Some pages and covers are curled or bent. Lasher appears to have lighter exterior wear than the two smaller paperbacks, although its pages also show age-related discoloration and spotting.
