Please review all photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the condition description. Provenance: Private collection, Coral Gables, Florida; reportedly acquired from a Spanish private collection. Visual Description: A playful abstract composition of biomorphic figures set against a ground that shifts from warm yellow at the top to soft pink below. Solid black shapes, including a large rounded form at center and a tall tapering form at left, are joined by thin black lines ending in dots. Small fields of red, blue, green and yellow fill the figures like patchwork, and concentric eye motifs appear at left, top and right. A green crescent moon and several linear star shapes float in the upper portion. The work bears an inscription reading “Miró.” at the lower right. This composition reflects stylistic elements commonly associated with major figures in modern and contemporary art.
