Studios Wakefield. Captured circa 1940s–1950s by Lee Studios in Wakefield, this original 5-by-3.5-inch black-and-white silver gelatin photograph depicts a candid sideline scene of a football team, showcasing players in numbered jerseys and period leather helmets alongside coaches and spectators lining the field. Stamp-marked on the reverse "B: Sure / Lee Studios / Wakefield / or Dealers" with handwritten pencil notations, this piece serves as a compelling collectible for vintage American sports memorabilia and athletic history enthusiasts. Presenting in good vintage condition, the photograph retains clear visual details despite age-appropriate wear, displaying light age toning, minor handling wear, faint surface scratching, and light discoloration on the reverse alongside the previous dealer notations and studio stamp impression.
