Condition Lacking 8 leaves at front (first blank, title, dedication to Elizabeth [3], final two leaves of table of contents, errata leaf with blank verso) and final leaf (last page of index including colophon); inexpert tape repair to leaf Ai from “To the Christian Reader”; dust-soiling throughout, chipping to edges at front, binding worn, covers detached and repaired with tape. Sold with all faults, not subject to return.
