S-K Socket Set in Green Case with 6 Loose Tools

An S-K Tools 3-8 inch drive socket set in its original green steel case, with six additional S-K pieces laid out beside it. The case interior holds a row of nine sockets, a round head ratchet, a knurled spark plug socket and a small deep socket. The six loose pieces are two round head ratchets marked S-K 45170 and S-K 42470, an S-K 13-16 inch spark plug socket, a Torx bit socket, an S-K C-24 3-4 inch combination wrench marked Forged Alloy in USA, and an S-K Lectrolite C-20 5-8 inch combination wrench. The case lid carries the S-K Tools name with the Chicago Illinois 60632 address from the years when S-K built professional grade hand tools in that plant. Their round head ratchets are prized for the fine tooth count and the slim head that reaches where a bulky ratchet will not. Chrome shows dulling and rust freckles, the case paint is chipped and the latch works. Condition is good. Authenticity and function have not been verified by Crawford Auction Service.
