Craftsman Nutdriver Set of 8 SAE and 9mm

Eight Craftsman nut drivers with the color coded plastic handles Sears used so a mechanic could grab the right size by sight. Seven are inch sizes and one is metric. The sizes read in the photos are 3-16 inch on a black handle, 1-4 inch on a red handle, 11-32 inch on a green handle, 5-16 inch on a yellow handle, 3-8 inch on a blue handle, 7-16 inch on a brown handle, 1-2 inch on a red handle and 9 mm on an ivory handle with a green band. Note that the lot is not all SAE. The 9 mm driver is metric and is included here. A nut driver is a socket on a screwdriver handle and is the fastest way to run small hex head sheet metal screws and hose clamps, which is why they live in furnace, appliance and electrical kits. Shafts show light surface rust and scuffing, the handles are scratched with a few paint marks, and the socket ends look square with no rounding. Condition is good. Authenticity and function have not been verified by Crawford Auction Service. Estimated Value: $20 to $35 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
