A Lee reloading die set for the 400 Cor-Bon in the red Lee storage box, plus a separate Lee Factory Crimp Die for the same cartridge. The red box holds the three die set with its shell holder, and alongside it are the loose Factory Crimp Die, two clear plastic die tubes and the printed Lee Factory Crimp Die instruction sheet. Four dies total. The 400 Cor-Bon is a 45 ACP case necked down to take a .400 inch bullet, a hot rod round built to run in a 1911 with only a barrel and a recoil spring change. Dies for it were never common and are harder to find now that factory brass has dried up, so this is the kind of set a Cor-Bon owner watches for. The Factory Crimp Die is the part most handloaders want, because it squares the crimp with a collet after seating and keeps bullets from setting back under recoil. Dies are clean with light surface oil and normal handling marks, threads and lock rings are intact and no rust or galling is visible in the photos. Condition is very good. Estimated Value: $40 to $75 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot. Written descriptions are a guide only and may contain errors.
