Two matching stacking banquet chairs with black powder coated steel frames and black padded vinyl seats and oval backrests. Chairs of this pattern are the standard church hall and fire hall chair, built to stack several high against a wall so a room can be cleared in minutes. The frames use a bent tube design with welded joints, floor glides on the feet and stacking bumpers so the finish is not scratched when they nest. Both chairs stand square, the frames are solid with no cracked welds seen in the photos, and the seat pans are firm. Condition is good with honest use. The vinyl is creased and scuffed with rub marks on the seat fronts and the back edges, the paint is chipped along the tube ends and the feet, and there is light surface rust at a few of the foot ends. No tears are open on the upholstery in the photos. A useful pair for a shop, a shed, a garage, a shooting bench or extra seating at the deer camp when company shows up. Estimated Value: $10 to $20 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot. Written descriptions are a guide only and may contain errors.
