Minor surface wear and age-related imperfections may be present. The reverse exhibits substantial toning, scattered marks, stains, labels, and ink stamps. Presented in a decorative gold-tone frame displaying wear, abrasions, and small areas of loss. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form part of the condition report. Provenance: From a private collection in Massachusetts. According to family history, the painting hung for decades in an older residence before being placed into storage during renovations in 1987. The reverse bears a “Musée d’Orsay” label referencing Vincent van Gogh, together with markings referencing the Barnes Foundation, Christie’s, and the Société des Artistes Français, Salon 1894. No additional records accompanied the work upon consignment. All labels, stamps, and ownership information are presented as found and have not been independently verified.
