1 handwritten sheet, double-sided. Original handwritten leaf/page drafted in French, in brown ink, in an administrative and notarial cursive script from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. The document features an official layout, with a neatly presented heading, continuous text, legal and administrative formulas, as well as dated references and original signatures. The sheet bears several official seals (dry and ink), including circular seals characteristic of municipal, judicial, or parish administrations. Also noted is the presence of initials and handwritten signatures, attesting to the legal validation of the act. The page clearly refers to extracts from registers, notarial acts of constatation, and references to people, places, and official titles (mayor, registry, local authority), suggesting a civil-status document (extract, certificate). or to a local administrative or judicial proceeding. The whole constitutes a direct testimony to the functioning of the French administration during a pivotal period in the post-Revolution/Empire/Restoration era. Support: old laid paper in French.
