Foliage Bangle with Diamond-Set and Emerald-Set Fruit. <br><br>Bracelet inner diameter 48-58-mm, suitable for wrist circumference within 13.5-16.5-cm Wt:60g<br><br>"Gold Bangle with Foliage-Motif, Diamond-Set Leaves and Emerald Fruits" Entirely hand-wrought in 18K gold. Three-dimensional chased-gold foliage is set with diamonds, accented by emerald-carved fruit forms. Featuring a principal old-cut diamond weighing approximately 1-ct, encircled by thirty-six emeralds nestled along chased-gold vinework. Held up to the light, it evokes the luminous glamour of 19th-century Parisian balls. Twisted gold forms sinuous vine contours, every turn imbued with the spirit of the Second Empire. Diamonds adorn the leaf veins like morning dew, a masterly illusion woven by the artisan through light and shadow. The weighty emerald-carved fruits hang down as if freshly plucked from the boughs of an imperial garden, still misted with the dawn haze of the Tuileries Palace.
