Miniature Enamel after Boucher Original Painting. 3.6*13cm Wt:51.03g Three sides of the bottle body and cap feature polychrome painted enamel on porcelain base, faithfully reproducing the original work by Fran-ois Boucher at a 1:1 scale. The cap and crystal stopper open perfectly. The interior may hold perfume or essential oils. Silver gilt mounting with a shank and twin suspension loops. It may be worn over gloves or suspended on a chain at the chest. The bezel bears finely engraved textures and is stamped with French silver hallmark. [Fran-ois Boucher] Famed French painter, printmaker and designer, active in Paris from 1703 to 1770. He served as Director of the French Academy of Fine Arts and Premier Peintre du Roi, and is the leading representative of the Rococo style.
