Brooch, Complete With Original Safety-Chain & Heart-Shaped Glass-Front Locket Drop, Circa 1850-1870. <br><br>3.8*5cm Total length 8-cm Wt:12.68g<br><br>Victorian bow-form brooch, circa 1850-1870, a complete single original piece. Executed in engraved gold chased with scrolling foliate patterns, set with turquoise flower clusters and cabochon turquoise stones. Fitted with its original safety-chain suspending an integral heart-shaped glass-front locket drop; the hinged locket compartment intended for keepsakes. Bow and heart are iconic Victorian motifs for affection and remembrance.
