French M1822 Light Cavalry Officer Swords. (1) M1822. Single edged, curved blade with fuller. Marked Royal with other faded stamps on the spine. 3 branch brass D guard with wooden handle. No scabbard. (1) M1822. Single edged, curved blade with fuller. Dated 1978 with other faded stamps on the spine. Leather buffer pad. 3 branch brass D guard with leather wrapped wooden handle. No scabbard. Blade Length: 36" Total Length: 42" Condition: Good. Light to moderate wear, oxidation, pitting, dark spots and finish loss.
