Not examined out of frame. Walter Towers was a Scottish printmaker best known for his finely detailed architectural etchings of historic buildings and streetscapes. Active in central Scotland during the 1920s and 1930s, he captured landmarks with exceptional precision, earning recognition through exhibitions and preserving Scotland's architectural heritage in print.
