3 Vtg Pins Fred Grey Bird Jelly Belly,Glass & Leaf

Three-piece lot of vintage brooches spanning figural, art glass, and gilt-leaf styles. One: Figural bird-on-branch brooch by Fred Gray. gold-tone metal w/ a faceted oval blue-gray glass ‘jelly belly’ torso, pave clear rhinestone crest, pave trellis wing and long pave tail, and a red rhinestone eye, on a darkened branch mount w/ trombone pin. Measures 2.16 x 1.10 in. Two: Antique Art Nouveau-style gilt filigree brooch w/ a domed art glass cabochon showing a mottled confetti pattern of blue, green, pink, and white on a crackled ground, framed by scrolled wirework and beaded bezels set w/ pink and green paste accents at corners, top and bottom cartouches. Unmarked. Green foil-backed cabochon reverse, tube-hinge pin bar w/ C-clasp. Measures 1.91 x 1.20 in. Three: Brushed gold-tone open-work maple leaf brooch w/ Florentine-finish veining and cut-out leaf silhouettes throughout, signed BSK. Reverse w/ small stamped mark not clearly legible and roll-over. Bird is missing one clear rhinestone from the pave and shows patina to the branch mount; art glass brooch shows minor gilt wear w/ cabochon and accents intact; leaf brooch shows light surface wear. All items are sold as-is.
