Pair of large old Indian architectural doors or gate panels featuring weathered wooden frames, vertical iron bars, decorative curved upper ironwork, heavy iron hinges, metal pulls, and old slide-bolt latch hardware. The doors retain remnants of an old turquoise painted finish with extensive natural wear, exposed wood, oxidation to the ironwork, scratches, cracks, staining, and naturally developed patina throughout. Lower sections include slatted openings and recessed wood panels, adding to their primitive architectural character. Each measures approximately 73 inches high x 39 inches wide. Exact age, maker, and region of India have not been independently verified. Excellent architectural salvage pieces for wall display, interior design, garden use, restaurant decor, or repurposing as decorative doors or gates. Condition shows wear appropriate for age and use, including heavy paint loss, weathering, cracks, wood shrinkage, oxidation, surface wear, and other age-related imperfections. Please review all photographs closely for construction and condition. If you have any doubt, please attend the preview and examine all photographs closely before bidding.
