Antique Westko stoneware buttermilk feeder and poultry waterer manufactured in Monmouth, Illinois. Features a Bristol glaze and cobalt advertising text explaining that the glaze was safe for acidic buttermilk and "Always Sanitary." This is the upper fountain portion only; the original separate drinking tray/base is not included. The large lower openings are original to the design and are not breaks. Dating approximately 1910s–1930s. Measures approximately 7 inches tall. Good antique condition with staining, discoloration, glaze irregularities, scuffing and ordinary wear from age and agricultural use. Please examine all photographs closely.
