Vintage Savage Model 23A Sporter bolt-action rifle chambered in .22 Long Rifle. Serial number 115538. Manufactured approximately 1923–1933. Features a blued round barrel, adjustable rear sight, fixed front sight, smooth walnut stock and metal buttplate. The detachable magazine or clip is missing. Metal surfaces show considerable finish loss, oxidation, spotting and age-related wear. The stock displays scratches, staining and ordinary handling wear. Bore condition is unknown. This firearm has not been test-fired and is being sold as-is. No sales to anyone under 21 years of age. Shipping must be made to a licensed FFL dealer.
