The front is hand-painted with a loose, sketch-like floral design in blue-purple, green, and brown, depicting a tulip-form flower with leaves and additional blossoms. The base is left unglazed, revealing the rough sandy stoneware body along with visible throwing rings and an incised signature reading "CB," identifying it as the work of an individual studio potter, though a specific name isn't confirmed. Measures H: 4.5", W: 3.5". A nice small decorative piece for studio pottery collectors. Condition Report: Good vintage condition, wear commensurate with age. No chips or cracks.
