35 1/2" long. Antique walking cane by Gorham, featuring a sterling silver crook handle over a hardwood shaft, part of Gorham's U1073 decorative pattern series. The silver handle is marked "STERLING" along with the Gorham hallmark, and is engraved with the monogram "R.W.M." The shaft retains its original metal ferrule and tip. A handsome piece from a well-known American silver maker, with personalized provenance built right into the handle. Condition: Overall good condition. Please examine all photos closely for tarnish, surface scratches, or wear to the silver handle and collar. Hardwood shaft shows expected natural wear and patina. Ferrule and tip are original to the piece. We do our best to note visible flaws, but some imperfections may not be captured. Dimensions: W: 3.75", L: 36"
