M1945 canvas field pack and Vietnam or Korean War era USGI Type II helmet liner. The canvas field pack includes what appears to be an M1943 folding entrenching shovel and modern add on machete made in Taiwan. The fiberglass helmet liner isstamped ‘(COMBAT) TYPE II’. The field pack measures 13 x 3.5 x 12 inches.The canvas pack shows fading, fraying, and a brittle internal coatsThe entrenching tool exhibits finish loss and surface oxidation. The machete has light oxidation on the blade.
