Texas Ranger Sesquicentennial (1823-1973) solid sterling silver limited commemorative plate. Etching is of Joe Ruiz Grandee's portrait of Captain L.H. McNelly. Displayed in a blue satin lined presentation box. Comes with COA certifying it is one of 5,000 plates minted, dated Nov 1, 1972. Marked Sterling Silver, W.N.W. Mint Industries, Amarillo, Texas. Plate measures 7 3/4" diameter.
