1969 Playskool Lincoln Logs No. 892 Set

This vintage Lincoln Logs construction set is the No. 892 edition manufactured by Playskool, Inc., a division of the Milton Bradley Company. The set is comprised of an assortment of notched brown-stained wood logs, green-painted wood slats, and molded red plastic roof gables. The original cardboard canister features a wood-grain lithographed paper wrap and a yellow plastic lid embossed with the LINCOLN LOGS logo. Printed text on the canister identifies the contents and displays the original Lincoln Logs logo alongside the Playskool name. A copyright mark at the lower rim reads 1969 Playskool, Inc. Under Berne & Universal Copyright Convention. The set includes a multi-page paper instruction manual titled LINCOLN LOGS, America's National Toy which includes various building models and lists the company address as 3720 N. Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.
