Seven piece kitchen lot built around two of the best known names in American oven glass, Pyrex and Fire-King. (1) and (2) Two clear Pyrex pie plates, each marked Pyrex on the underside, roughly 9 to 10 inches across the rim. (3) A Fire-King round baking dish with two tab handles; the base reads Fire-King Oven Ware and 9 IN, so it is a 9 inch dish, not the 10 inch given in the original consignor listing. Fire-King was made by Anchor Hocking and is heavily collected. (4) A Pyrex 2 cup measuring cup with red printed graduations and the Pyrex mark and mold numbers on the base. (5) An etched glass carafe about 9 1/2 inches tall with a cut leaf and vine band. (6) A Coca-Cola Holly Hobbie limited edition Christmas glass reading Christmas is the nicest time of all, about 5 3/4 inches tall. (7) An American Family Diet Scale, cream plastic, marked 450 grams by 10 grams and 16 ounces by 1 ounce and Not Legal For Trade. The glass shows no chips or cracks, with light utensil scratching in the pie plates, and the scale housing has yellowed with age. Condition is good. Not tested for function. Sold as-is.
