Brass bouillotte style table lamp with two candle arms cast in the shape of coiled hunting horns, rising from a turned and stepped brass column and a heavy round foot. The shade is a deep green pleated fabric drum with a lifting ring on top, which adjusts up and down the center rod in the traditional bouillotte manner. Measured against the tape the lamp stands roughly 31 to 32 inches tall as shown. Condition is good, with an even warm brass tone, light tarnish, and no dents. The shade is clean with light dust. Not tested for function. The horn arm bouillotte is a classic American traditional form, most closely associated with Stiffel and Chapman, and it sits well in a library or entry. Sold as-is.
