No mint mark is visible in the standard location on the reverse (to the left of the bottom of the fasces / near the olive branch). Philadelphia issues carry no mint mark. (Note: There was no 1930-D Mercury dime; only Philadelphia and San Francisco produced them that year.) However could be a D 1930 (P): 6,770,000 Liberty’s facial details and wing feathers show moderate wear with some remaining definition; high points are smoothed but major design elements remain clear. The reverse fasces and olive branch have visible detail but are not sharp, and the horizontal bands on the fasces are not fully split (not a Full Bands example). Surfaces show normal circulation wear and some residual dirt/toning in the recesses. No major damage, holes, or harsh cleaning
