This is the Browning-branded reissue of John Moses Browning's original 1895 design — manufactured for Browning Arms Company by Miroku in Japan, faithfully reproducing the box-magazine lever action that made the original Winchester Model 1895 famous as the rifle carried by Theodore Roosevelt on safari.
