A mid-century modern six-drawer wood dresser from The Signet series by Kent-Coffey. The rectangular unit features a tiered drawer arrangement, with the two top drawers fitted with turned wooden knobs and the four lower drawers equipped with brass-toned metallic bail pulls. The drawers are constructed with dovetail joinery. A rectangular mirror is attached to the rear of the unit. The dresser top is detailed with a perpendicular wood inlay strip. One drawer interior bears the stamped maker mark comprising the letters KENT-COFFEY within a concentric oval design and the script text The Signet below. The piece is supported by a peripheral base frame with short, tapered legs. Condition: The dresser shows visible signs of age and use. The top surface exhibits several white rings, water marks, and scattered surface scratches. There are scuffs, small nicks, and finish loss along the edges and corners of the wood frame. The metallic hardware displays a mild patina and oxidation consistent with age.
