Pickup times are posted for each auction. If you are unable to attend during the scheduled times, or arrange for someone to pick up on your behalf, please do not place a bid.Items not picked up within the allotted timeframe will incur a $10 per day storage fee, for up to 3 additional days. After this period, items will be considered abandoned. A restocking fee of 25% of the total invoice (or $20, whichever is greater) will be charged to the card on file.Items will not be held beyond this period. Your account will be suspended with Erin Auctions, and appropriate feedback will be recorded. If you wish to have your account reinstated, a $50 administrative fee will apply, subject to approval. Please note: You do not need your invoice to book a pickup appointment. Invoices and email notifications are typically sent the day after the auction. It is your responsibility to check your account to confirm if you have won items and to arrange pickup within the posted times. We cannot guarantee email delivery, as some providers (including Hotmail, Live, and Sympatico) may block messages. Failure to receive an email does not exempt you from applicable fees. Please check your account regularly.
