How do I schedule my pickup? After the auction closes, wait for your invoice email and pickup booking link. Enter your BidCard Number in the booking form. Pickup window / deadline All items from this auction must be picked up within the same pickup week. The final pickup deadline is Saturday 3:00 PM following the auction. After that, items are considered abandoned per Terms §6.2. Hours & location Thursday-Friday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Pickup address: Unit 4, 12 Vulcan Street, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1L2 Entrance is on the left side of the building. Please follow the Bid Boss signs. Two reserved parking spots are available for Bid Boss customers. What to bring Government-issued photo ID. Your invoice (printed or on phone) and BidCard Number. Rescheduling If appointment slots appear fully booked due to system limits, email [email protected] as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed subject to operational capacity. The Saturday 3:00 PM pickup deadline still applies. Authorizing someone else Third-party pickup is permitted for eligible customers only. The authorized person must present their own government-issued photo ID at pickup. A completed and signed authorization form from the winning bidder must be emailed to [email protected] before the third party arrives so we can accommodate the request. Without prior written authorization received by email, items will not be released to a third party. IMPORTANT - New customers Third-party pickups are not allowed for new customers. New customers must pick up in person or request shipping. Missed appointment Email [email protected] immediately. We may assist with rescheduling within the pickup window if space allows. After Saturday 3:00 PM, items are considered abandoned per Terms §6.2. Signature requirement A signature is required prior to release of items.
