ITEM CONDITION & RETURNS - PLEASE READ AS-IS SALE WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS All lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty. Items may show wear, cosmetic issues, missing parts, or packaging damage. The only exceptions to AS-IS status are a limited functional claim for Grade A and Grade B items only, and Item Not As Described (INAD) as defined below. GRADING DEFINITIONS New / Overstock items are factory sealed and unopened. Grade A items are opened for verification only and show no functional or cosmetic defects. Grade B items are functional and may show minor cosmetic wear or be missing non-critical accessories. Grade C items are functional but show noticeable wear and/or may be missing essential components. Grade D items are non-functional and sold strictly for parts or repair. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY Buyers must review all photos, titles, descriptions, grading notes, and disclosures before bidding. Anything visible in photos or stated in the description is considered disclosed and accepted. QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING Questions about a specific lot must be sent using the Contact Auctioneer option from the lot listing page before the auction closes. ELIGIBLE CLAIMS Only Grade A and Grade B items are eligible for claims, and only for major functional defects or Item Not As Described (INAD). Grade C and Grade D items are final sale with no exceptions. STRICT 24-HOUR WINDOW Claims must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of pickup or confirmed delivery. Claims submitted outside this window are not eligible. ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED (INAD) INAD applies only if the item received is materially different from the listing, such as a wrong item, wrong model or variant, or incorrect quantity. Wear, condition, missing accessories, or issues visible in photos or descriptions do not qualify. HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM Email [email protected] with your invoice number, lot number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem. WHERE TO RETURN Approved returns must be brought or shipped to: Bid Boss Returns Unit 4, 12 Vulcan Street Etobicoke, ON M9W 1L2 Return hours are Thursday-Friday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM and Saturday 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Do not bring or ship any item back without written approval. RETURN & PROCESSING TIME All claims are reviewed case-by-case. If approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise in writing. Approved refunds are processed on the following Thursday and typically complete within 5-7 business days. WHAT IS REFUNDED Refunds are limited to the hammer price, buyer's premium, and applicable taxes only. Handling and shipping fees are non-refundable.
