Custom Rifle Curtis Valor Action ( 28 Nosler )

Updated September 3, 2026

High-end custom precision rifle chambered in .28 Nosler and built around a Curtis Custom Valor action. The Valor is a Remington 700-footprint, three-lug precision action featuring a short 60-degree bolt throw, integral recoil lug, integral 20-MOA Picatinny optics rail, side bolt release, M16-style extractor, and fluted bolt. The barreled action is fitted with a 29" Montour Rifles LLC forged-carbon barrel and three-port muzzle brake. The extended carbon-wrapped barrel combines a long sighting/velocity platform with reduced weight compared with a conventional all-steel barrel, while the brake is designed to help manage the recoil of the .28 Nosler cartridge. Additional premium components include: * Curtis Custom LLC Valor precision action * Fluted three-lug bolt with 60-degree throw * Montour Rifles LLC 29" forged-carbon barrel * Three-port muzzle brake * Hawkins Precision bottom metal * TriggerTech Diamond trigger adjustable from approximately 4–32 ounces * AG Composites Adjustable Hunter carbon-fiber stock * Adjustable cheekpiece * Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad * Integral 20-MOA Picatinny optics rail The AG Composites Adjustable Hunter is constructed from 100% carbon fiber with aluminum pillars and a reinforced fore-end, providing a rigid but relatively lightweight platform for long-range hunting and precision shooting. Combined with the TriggerTech Diamond and Curtis Valor action, this is a purpose-built, premium long-range hunting rifle assembled from highly regarded components. No accuracy guarantee or round count is represented unless supported by documentation included with the rifle. Please review all photos carefully for the rifle’s exact condition, markings, barrel length, component configuration, and everything included with the sale.
