Mantle Lamp Co. Important appearance of the Model 11 burner, 1922. This polished brass kerosene table lamp stands 21 inches tall and includes a white milk glass shade. The wick adjustment knob features an embossed mark reading THE MANTLELAMP COMPANY OF AMERICA INC. CHICAGO U.S.A. MADE IN Aladdin MODEL No 11, and a partial PATENTED stamp appears on the gallery. 21 inches tall.Brass surfaces show age-related tarnish with a bold shine (photo 3). The milk glass shade provides a white frontispiece and backing, remaining crisp and intact. The wick mechanism turns smoothly.
