F.H. Lovell & Company manufactured this pair of industrial brass oil lamps circa 1888. The fonts feature embossed eagle logos and text reading F.H.C.O. LAMP COMPANY and LOVELL'S. With decorative quatrefoil-pierced bases and clear glass chimneys, these fixtures retain their original non-electrified configuration. One filler cap is impressed with a five-pointed star. Measured at 21 inches tall. These lamps show a handsome aged patina with crisp edges and bold metallic tones. While missing one adjustment knob, the pair retains bold embossed details and clear glass reflective of their age.
