R Serial # 422138. .38 Special caliber double action revolver with a 2” barrel. The bore is excellent, clean with strong rifling. The barrel has been cut back. 2nd Issue made in 1933. The blued metal finish on the barrel, frame and cylinder is in fair condition showing wear and thinning with scratches and scattered light surface rust. The frame finish is turning brown with heavier rust under the grips. The checkered walnut Colt logo grips are in fair condition showing heavy wear. Fixed sights. The action works fine. Second issue revolver made from 1928 to 1947. Includes a leather holster. C&R.
